The shipping cost was totally fair, which I really appreciated. No complaints from me at all, always nice when postage doesn’t feel overpriced!

I really wanted to like these, but they just weren’t comfortable on me. After wearing them for a little while, the fit started feeling kind of awkward and they rubbed in a few spots, so I couldn’t really relax in them. For the price, I expected them to feel better, but... yeah, I wouldn’t buy them again.

Overall, the experience was a bit frustrating mainly because of the communication. Replies took longer than I expected, and I sometimes felt like I had to follow up just to get basic updates. When I did hear back, the answers were friendly enough but a little vague. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it did make the order feel more stressful than it probably needed to be.

I tried ordering from twobarefeet.co.uk and, to be fair, they do seem to have some good stuff and the prices looked alright. But actually using the website was a bit of a headache. Pages were slow to load, the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected, and the checkout kept sending me back a step for no obvious reason. I wanted to buy, but after a while I just gave up. Shame really, because the products looked promising, but the site made the whole thing more hassle than it needed to be.

I had an issue with my order, and this is where it got annoying, it took longer than I expected to get it sorted. To be fair, customer service did reply and they fixed it in the end, so I can’t complain too much. Just would’ve been better if it had been dealt with a bit quicker.

Pretty decent stuff for the money. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there. I’d say it’s a good buy for price and I’d probably get it again.

I bought a beginner board from Two Bare Feet and it was decent for what I paid. It worked fine for learning on, and I did not have any major issues with it. I do think the sizing information could be a bit clearer though, and the delivery took a little longer than I was expecting. Overall, it was not bad, just nothing that really blew me away.

I really wanted this wetsuit to work, but the fit was just so strange. It was tight around my shoulders to the point where it felt restrictive, but then loose in other areas, which made it awkward and uncomfortable once I got in the water.

I ordered from twobarefeet.co.uk kind of on a whim while I was having a cup of tea and half-watching something on TV, so I wasn’t really expecting much in terms of speed. But I got the dispatch email almost straight away, and the parcel showed up much sooner than I thought it would.
Everything was packed properly and there was no hassle or chasing needed, which is always a relief. can’t fault them, and I’d be happy to order from them again.

There just wasn’t much to pick from. The range was really disappointing, and on top of that the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

My order arrived with the right sizes and colours, so that was a huge relief. I had a quick look through everything and, miraculously, it all matched what I’d picked online. No real complaints there. I’m only giving 4 stars because the delivery updates were a bit mysterious and could’ve been clearer.

My order arrived without a single bit of damage, which made me think they actually care about it getting to you in one piece and aren’t just chucking stuff in a box to get it out the door. The packaging was neat and sturdy, but they didn’t drown it in loads of pointless plastic either. Everything inside was clean and protected. Really pleased with it and I’d happily order again.

I was able to find my size, which was nice. I think most things were in stock when I checked, though I may have just gotten lucky with the timing.

I ordered this thinking it was going to be a bright teal board bag like in the pictures, but it arrived looking much darker and a lot duller. The quality seems fine, so it’s not a total loss, but the colour difference is disappointing. Feels like a preventable issue if the photos were more accurate. Now I’ve got to deal with sorting it out, which is just a bit annoying
